2015 Zonzo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Superb colour displaying an impenetrable inky black core with a very deep dark red-black hue. The nose offers up aromas of blackcurrant infused with black olives and mulberries followed by cigar box characters and spicy dried herb end notes. Medium bodied the palate has excellent richness dishing up an abundance of perfectly ripened blackcurrant fruit that dominates over nuances of mulberries, black olives, cigar box, vanillin cedar and spice. Robust yet very finely grained tannins providing the framework. Long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, mulberries, cigar box, subtle black olives and spicy vanillin cedar.
