2015 Yering Station Chardonnay

Matured in French oak for 11 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated nectarine and subtle dried honey aromas intermingle with hints of grapefruit, faint biscuity nougat and flinty citrus notes. Light and fresh with a subtle creaminess to the finish the palate features an elegant flavour profile of nectarine, grapefruit, light dried honey, traces of biscuity oak and delicate flinty tones. Finishes dry with fresh acidity and a refined aftertaste of nectarine, grapefruit, light dried honey, traces of cashew and spicy biscuit.
