Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose displays strong varietal characters with top notes of ripe pears intermixed with honeycomb, baked apple and spice. The palate combines freshness with richness and a full textural feel featuring flavours of ripe pears and apples over some honeysuckle, quince and spice. Clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe pear, apple, honeysuckle and spicy quince.
