2015 Yabby Lake Vineyard Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose is a touch restrained revealing delicate scents of nectarine and fresh white peaches over some dried honey infusions, nougat and wet stone notes. Light and very elegant with a precise line of acidity running the length of the palate, the wine is subtlety flavoured with nectarine, citrus, some flintiness and stony mineral like characters. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity. Aftertaste of nectarine, citrus, flinty mineral characters and wet stone.
Cellar 5-6 years.
