Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Delicately scented with nectarine and citrus notes followed by flinty mineral. Light in weight with a fresh lively mouthfeel the palate has flavours of citrus and pears over some wet stone and flinty mineral. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of pears, citrus and flinty mineral. Quite Chablis like in style.
