Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Freshly squeezed lime and lemon aromas are followed by green apple, talc and some steely notes. Racy, concentrated palate flavours of lime and citrus adorn the palate alongside some green apple, talc and mineral. Excellent power and drive. Finishes fresh and dry with zingy acidity and a long aftertaste of lime, citrus, talc and mineral.
