2015 Willow Bridge Estate Coat of Arms Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in French oak of which 25% was new. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of mulberry and blackcurrant are laced with cedar, light earthy tobacco and spicy dried herbs. Youthful red and blackcurrant flavours are intermixed with mulberries underpinned by some earthy cedar, subtle tobacco infusions and spicy dried herbs. Youthful acid structure with dryish but fine grained tannins. Good length with an aftertaste of red and blackcurrant fruits, mulberry, a touch of earth, spicy cedar and dried herbs.
