Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Spicy red currant and red cherry aromas merge with toasty cedar, tobacco and earthy dried herb notes. Well weighted the palate has an even spread of ripe red currant and cherry fruits over a background of earth, toasty cedar and dried herbs. Spicy finish with slightly chalky tannins and bright acidity. Rustic aftertaste.
