2015 Vina Cobos Felino Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. The nose offers up aromas of red and blackcurrant tinged with dried herbs and a hint of liquorice over subtle cedary tobacco characters and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate has plenty of rich red and blackcurrant as well as liquorice flavours which sit over a back drop of cigar box, subtle dried herbs and spice. Quite supple in its mouthfeel with very fine grained, perfectly integrated tannins that are almost velvet like. Concludes with a medium to long aftertaste of spicy red and blackcurrant fruit, a touch of liquorice, subtle cigar box infusions and dried herbs. A generous supplely textured Cabernet that delivers plenty of value.
