2015 Tscharke Estate Shiraz

Impenetrable black dark purple core with a deep bright dark purple hue. Still very youthful, a freshly crushed berry scented nose is complimented by inky liquorice and spicy vanillin cedar. Deliciously ripe dark cherry and blackberry flavours combine with some liquorice, inky earth characters, vanillin cedar and spice. Slightly dryish on the finish with fresh acidity and fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of plums, blackberries, liquorice, subtle inky earth infusions and spicy vanillin cedar. Cellar this youthful Shiraz for 4-5 years.
