Opaque black dark purple colour with a dark purple hue. Ripe juicy dark cherry, liquorice and plum aromas overlay some spicy vanillin cedar. Medium weight with good richness the palate has generous ripe dark cherry, liquorice and plum flavours over some vanillin cedar and a good dose of spice. Inky and dry on the finish with fine grained tannins. Inky aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, liquorice and vanillin cedar.
