2015 The Timely Rabbit GSNM

A blend of Grenache, Shiraz, Nebbiolo and Mourvedre. Semi translucent dark red core with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Nosing reveals pretty aromas of roses, dark cherries, hints of tar, earth and spicy herb notes. Light to medium bodied with a supple feel to the mid palate, flavours of cherries and liquorice overlay a back drop of subtle earth, leather and delicate spicy herbs. Dry finish with lively but perfectly balanced acidity, no doubt attributable to the Nebbiolo component, and velvety tannins. Savoury ripe cherry, subtle liquorice, leather and spicy earth aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
