Totally opaque black dark red core with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries, liquorice and plums are overlaid by dried clove with smoky oak, dried herb and pepper notes ensuing. Soft fleshy feel with juicy flavours of ripe dark cherries, plum and liquorice subtlety infused with dried clove over a back drop of vanillin cedar, subtle earth and spice. Perfectly integrated velvet like tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, plum, subtle liquorice, infusions of dried clove and earthy vanillin cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
