Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe lime, red apple and orange blossom are mixed in with hints of honeysuckle, citrus and mineral. Fresh ripe lime, red apple and citrus flavours with a lively bite of acidity are followed by orange rind and talcy mineral. Dry finish with an aftertaste of lime, red apples and citrusy mineral.
