Certified bio-dynamic. Presents a youthful inky black red colour with a bright dark purple hue. Ripe plummy liquorice and blueberry scents rise from the glass followed by some vanillin oak and spice. Rich, voluptuous fruit flavours of dark plum, liquorice and ripe blackberry dominate with a hefty dose of sweet vanillin oak on the back palate. Velvety like mouthfeel and tannins. Aftertaste of plummy liquorice and spicy sweet vanillin oak.
