Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. A touch restrained, lime and citrus aromas meld into some toasty characters with spice end notes. Dry and quite austere with steely like acidity the palate has flavours of lime, green apples and lemon which run into some toastiness and spice. Concludes with an aftertaste of lemon, lime, toast and spice. In a transitional stage.
