Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Aromas of pear, light honeysuckle and citrus fruits are followed by traces of mineral. Fresh and vibrant at present the palate will fill out texturally and build further richness with bottle age. Flavours of pears and citrus are overlaid by honeysuckle with a hint of mineral on the dry finish. Bright acidity with an aftertaste of pear, honeysuckle, citrus and mineral.
