2015 St Hallett Eden Valley Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced freshly squeezed lemon and lime aromas dominate the nose with nuances of green apple, orange rind and talcy mineral adding further interest. Fresh and zesty the palate features flavours of lime and lemon over some orange rind, talc and mineral. Dry racy finish with a long lemon, lime, talc and mineral aftertaste.
Drink now or cellar 5-6 years.
