Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Fragrant ripe pear aromas intermingle with musk, hints of honeysuckle, Jonathan apple and citrus. Rich honeyed pear flavours face off against some ripe Jonathan apple, musk infusions, citrus and spice characters. Off dry finish with some residual sugar present balanced against good acidity. Luscious mouthfeel with a long ripe pear, honeysuckle, Jonathan apple and spicy musk aftertaste.
