Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and red apple aromas intermingle with some light honeysuckle and spice. On the palate fresh pear and red apple flavours are to the fore with traces of honeysuckle and faint spice in the background. Clean dry finish with lively acidity. Aftertaste of pears, red apple, honeysuckle infusions and delicate spice.
