Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Intense aromas of lime, citrus and granny smith apples blossom from the glass followed by orange rind and talc. Mouth watering flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind fill the palate over a background of talc and a touch of chalky minerality. Clean crisp dry finish. Long aftertaste of lime, orange rind, citrus and talcy mineral.
