2015 Soho Pinot Noir

Deep bright dark red colour with a bright crimson hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and dark plums are laced with anise followed by a lightly smoked meatiness and spice. Light in weight but amplely fruited with dark cherry and plum flavours overlaying some subtle anise infusions, dried meats and lightly smoked spicy cedar. Very fine grained well integrated tannins with a medium to long aftertaste of dark cherries, plums, subtle anise, meaty cedar and spice.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
