Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of peach and lightly honeyed citrus drift from the glass over some green apple and faint mineral notes. Lively fresh peach, citrus and green apple flavours are trailed by some mineral characters. Fresh, elegant feel with snappy acidity on the finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruits, limes, green apples and citrusy mineral elements.
