Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the edges. Intense ripe gooseberry aromas are mixed in with herbaceous grassy characters and citrusy mineral followed by some delicate fresh capsicum end notes. Light and refreshing the palate has flavours of gooseberries and zesty citrus that sit alongside some herbaceous grassy characters with a faint touch of capsicum on the crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of gooseberries, citrus, herbaceous grassy characters and light capsicum.
