One of the best Rieslings Skillogalee have produced, this mouth watering effort is a highlight of the impressive 2015 Clare Valley vintage.
Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas dominate the nose over some green apple, talc and mineral. Vibrant and intensely flavoured the palate features a mouth watering flavour profile of lemon and lime with underlying crunchy green apple characters, talc and chalky mineral. Outstanding concentration and length. Racy acid finish with a very long lemon, lime, green apple, talc and mineral aftertaste.
