Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches laced with dried honey are followed by ripe apricot and citrusy melon notes. Fruity peach, nectarine and apricot flavours dominate the palate with an undercurrent of melon and subtle spice. Full rounded textural feel with a dry finish and fresh acidity. Aftertaste of white peaches, apricots, melon and a touch of spice.
