2015 Sfera Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque midnight black core with a deep dark red black hue. Lifted cassis, liquorice and choc mint aromas overlay vanillin oak and spicy earth notes. Generously weighted and opulent in texture, the palate is decorated with rich blackcurrant, liquorice and mint flavours which sit over a back drop of vanillin oak, scorched earth and spice. Slightly dryish finish with a sturdy structure and medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
