Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Showing good intensity the nose offers up aromas of limes, orange rind and citrus followed by some talcy mineral end notes. Fresh, concentrated flavours of lemon and lime dominate the palate with traces of orange rind also present, concluding with flinty mineral infusions. Dry, racy acid finish. Steely mouthfeel with a medium to long aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
