Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of fresh pears and Jonathan apple are intermixed with some honeysuckle followed by citrus end notes. Reflective of the nose the palate features fresh ripe pear and apple flavours intermixed with honeysuckle and spice. Good textural feel with a fresh dry finish. Aftertaste of ripe pears, apples, honeysuckle and spice.
