Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals fresh lime, green apple, subtle mandarin and orange blossom aromas overlaid by distinct stony mineral tones. Light and vibrant, flavours of red apples and limes are overlaid by honeysuckle with some slatey mineral on the off dry finish. Very precise acidity with an aftertaste of red apples and ripe limes laced with honeysuckle and zingy citrusy mineral.
