Other Reviews…
Willowlake Vineyard is the oldest Upper Yarra Valley vineyard, and produces grapes of high quality. The difference between the vinification of this wine and that of Syme is 50% lower whole bunch inclusion and the use of cold soak. The bouquet is very fragrant, almost scented, with a spray of red fruits, sous bois and spice. This lovely pinot glides along and across the palate, thence into the aftertaste. Drink by 2030.
