2015 Rutherglen Estates Red Shiraz Durif

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice and black cherries tie in with vanillin oak, hints of earth and spice. The palate has good weight with generous black cherry and liquorice flavours merging into vanillin oak, earth and spice. Slightly dryish, solidly built tannins. Aftertaste of black cherries, liquorice, spicy vanillin oak and earth.
