2015 Rolf Binder Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Lifted ripe plummy blackcurrant scents intermix with cedary tobacco characters, infusions of herbs and spice. Rich juicy blackcurrant flavours dominate the palate over dark plum and cedary tobacco characters, finishing with a dash of spice. Very well integrated fine grained tannins. Good depth with a medium to long conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
