2015 Rockcliffe Third Reef Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose exhibits white peach, nectarine and citrus top notes followed by some light dried honey infusions and biscuity oak. Medium weighted with good freshness and richness the palate dishes up flavours of delicate white peaches and nectarines laced with dried honey characters over lightly toasted oak with a spicy finish. Elegantly creamy yet fresh in texture with good length. Aftertaste of white peaches, nectarines, dried honey, some toasty oak and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
