Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Dried pear and apple aromas are followed by some citrus and subtle spicy quince end notes. Light but nicely textured the palate has flavours of Jonathan apples and dried pears with traces of dried honey and spicy quince on the dry finish. Good fresh acidity with an aftertaste of dried apple, faint dried honey and spicy quince.
