Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Scents of lime, green apple and a hint of tropical fruits open the noses account with citrusy mineral end notes. Refreshing lively palate with good concentration featuring flavours of limes, crunchy green apples, lemon zest and mineral. Clean crisp dry finish. Long aftertaste of fresh limes, lemon zest, crunchy green apples and mineral. Cellar 5-6 years. Alc 12.5%
