Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a watery hue. Fresh pear top notes are followed by ripe apple, light quince and a touch of spice. Light and dry with a rounded pebble like textural feel the palate has flavours of pears, apples, wet stone and citrus. Clean dry finish with well balanced acidity. Aftertaste of pear, apple, wet stone and light spice.
