Bright straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe pears and dried apples over some quince, subtle dried nuts and spicy herb notes. The palate has a medium bodied textural feel with flavours of spicy pears, dried apples, quince and subtle fresh herb infusions. Clean dry finish with vibrant acidity. Aftertaste of spicy pears, quince, dried apple and fresh herbs.
