2015 Provenance Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe red apples and pears laced with honeysuckle followed by dried straw, quince and spice notes. Possessing good richness the palate has flavours of ripe pears and red apples overlaid by dried honey characters with quince and spice following on. Fullish textural feel with a dry finish and aftertaste of ripe pears, red apples, dried honey, subtle quince infusions and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
