2015 Possingham & Summers Malbec

Excellent colour saturation displaying an impenetrable inky black core with a deep dark purple black tinged hue. The nose offers up aromas of ripe black cherries intermixed with subtle liquorice and vanillin cedar followed by spicy dried herb end notes. Rich, succulent flavours of black cherries and traces of liquorice overlay some earth and spicy vanillin cedar. Excellent weight and concentration. The fine grained tannins barely noticeable beneath the lashings of ripe fruit. Long aftertaste aftertaste of juicy black cherries, some liquorice, earthy vanillin cedar and spice. A ripe succulent Malbec.
