Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of fresh green apples, passionfruit and lime combine with faint grassy end notes. Zesty palate flavours of lime and crunchy granny smith apples are to the fore followed by citrusy mineral and racy acidity on the dry finish. Aftertaste of lime, granny smith apples and citrusy mineral.
