Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Intense lemon, lime and orange rind aromas arise from the glass followed by faint green apple and talcy mineral. Bursting with flavour the palate possesses superb concentration with mouthfilling lime and citrus characters dominate over orange rind and talc with a crisp crunchy mineral infused finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, lime, talc and mineral.
Drink now or cellar 6-8 years.

Very pure lemons and limes here that are concentrated, stony and fragrant. There's very pure fruit focus here, as this has the right balance of acid and texture. It's smooth, fleshy, dense, really deep and will drink early and live long.
