2015 Paul Jaboulet Parallele 45 Blanc

A blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Marsanne, 20% Viognier and 10% Roussanne. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peaches and dried apricots overlaid by elements of honeysuckle are trailed by bees wax, hints of dried nuts and spicy citrus. Light and elegant in body with a rounded textural feel the palate is subtlety flavoured with dried apricots, bees wax, honeysuckle, dried nuts and spicy citrus. Finishes very dry with balanced fresh acidity and an aftertaste of pears, dried apricots, bees wax, light dried nuts and spicy citrus.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
