2015 Paringa Estate PE Pinot Noir

Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Delightfully fragrant aromatics of violets, ripe dark cherries and strawberries arise from the glass with spicy incense like end notes. Light and savoury the palate has flavours of dark cherries intermixed with strawberries, subtle incense infusions and spicy cedar. Supple mouthfeel with lively acidity on the finish and soft velvety tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, incense infusions and cedar.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
