2015 Paolovino Valpolicella

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright purple red hue. Dark and dried cherry aromas mingle with some earthiness followed by spicy dried herb end notes. Light in body but with good fruit the palate has a soft elegant textural feel and features flavours of spicy dark and dried cherries which overlay some earthy dried herb nuances. Dryish finish with finely grained, well integrated tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, dried cherries, a subtle earthiness and spicy dried herbs. A light, easy going Italian quaffer perfect for the warmer months.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
