2015 Palliser Estate Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a brick red hue. Pronounced ripe dark cherry and spicy dark plum aromas meld into faint anise, forest floor, game and spicy cedar notes. Light to medium weight and supple in its feel the spicy palate dishes up flavours of dark cherries and dark plum over earthy cedar, some dried meats and herbs. Slightly dryish on the finish with velvety tannins and balanced acidity. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, plums, earthy tobacco, cedar and dried herbs.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
