2015 One Block Glory Shiraz

Impenetrable black core with a deep dark purple black tinged hue. Pronounced blackberry and liquorice scents meld into smoky cedar, hints of fennel and some meatiness with white pepper end notes. Rich blackberry and liquorice flavours dominate the medium to full bodied palate with elements of smoked meats, subtle fennel, vanillin cedar, earth and spicy pepper flowing on. There’s a fleshy feel to the fruit with a sturdy yet fine tannin structure providing underlying muscle. Superb length and power concluding with a long savoury spicy blackberry, liquorice, smoky cedar, dried meats and blackpepper aftertaste.
