2015 O'Cuirc Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated scents of gooseberries, capsicum and herbaceous freshly cut grass merge into some citrus, asparagus and spicy herb notes. Refreshing palate flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, asparagus and grassy characters overlay some citrus and lightly spiced capsicum infusions. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a long aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, asparagus, grassy characters and capsicum.
