2015 Nautilus Southern Valleys Pinot Noir

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Elevated violet and anise aromas mix with ripe dark cherries and plum over a back drop of forest floor, lightly toasted cedar and spice. Light to medium bodied, a rich flavour profile of ripe dark cherries, plum and anise flood the mouth with an undercard of toasty cedar, forest floor and spice elements. Good balanced acidity and velvet smooth tannins. Excellent power with a long spicy dark fruited aftertaste.
