2015 Nautilus Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. An intense bouquet of ripe pears, lychee and musk drift from the glass with hints of ginger and honeysuckle also present. Luscious yet remarkably fresh the palate is filled with ripe pear, lychee, rose water infusions, musk and spice flavours. Finishes with good vibrancy and mouth watering acidity. Aftertaste of ripe pears, lychees, rosewater infusions, musk, hints of ginger and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
